'Sin City 3' surpasses 9 million views... Will it be possible to reach 10 million?

According to the Korea Film Promotion Commission's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets, 'Crime City 3' (director Lee Sang-yong) mobilized 78,766 spectators on the 20th, and the cumulative number of spectators is 9,077,764.
Since its release on the 31st of last month, 'Criminal City 3' has mobilized audiences to the pre-Corona 19 level and turned on the green light for 10 million films. 'Crime City 3', which has steadily increased the number of viewers, is making a box office success by mobilizing 9 million viewers in 21 days of release.
However, the number of daily audiences on weekdays in the 3rd week dropped to an average of 100,000, and in the 4th week, the number of weekday audiences fell from 80,000 to 70,000. This is a significant drop compared to the 1st and 2nd weeks, when 500,000 and 800,000 viewers were added on weekdays while enjoying the special holiday season. Because the graph of 'Sin City 3' is drawing a steep downward curve, some observe that it will be difficult for 'Sin City 3' to reach the 10 million mark.
'Crime City 3' is an irreplaceable monster detective Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok) moves to the Seoul Metropolitan Investigation Unit to catch Joo Seong-cheol (Lee Jun-hyuk), who is behind a new drug crime case, and Ricky (Aoki Munetaka), another villain involved in a drug case. It is a film depicting an exhilarating crime-fighting operation for the sake of others.
The second place was 'Elemental' with 55,7305 viewers and 624,167 cumulative audiences. 'Flash' is in third place, mobilizing 23,817 people and accumulating 479,461 people. It was followed by 'Transformers: The Rise of the Beast' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3'.
