Korean Trot Singer Kim Eui-young Tops Poll as Most Desired Companion for Outdoor Dining

Korean singer Kim Eui-young has been voted as the number one female trot singer people want to go outdoor dining with.

From September 23 to 29, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to go outdoor dining with in the cool spring weather?' Kim Eui-young emerged as the winner.

Kim Eui-young debuted as a trot singer after finishing in the TOP 5 of TV Chosun's 2020 show 'Miss Trot 2.' In May of last year, she released her fourth single 'STARTrot PART.1,' produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track, 'Do Whatever You Want,' is a bright and lively dance trot song that highlights Kim's refreshing charm.

Kim Da-hyun secured the second spot. She attended an appointment ceremony at the Greenwich Hall of the Yeosu UTOP Marina Hotel & Resort on the afternoon of the 16th of last month, where she received a letter of appointment from Chairman Park Soo-kwan. Additionally, Kim Da-hyun successfully concluded her first solo concert 'Dream,' which started in Seoul on March 7 and continued in Busan and Daegu.

Kim Yang took third place. She debuted in the music industry with the single 'Don't Cry' in 2008 and gained public attention after appearing on TV Chosun's 'Tomorrow's Miss Trot' in 2019. She is particularly noted for her friendship and mentor-mentee relationship with singer Jang Yoon-jung.

Currently, the Top Ten TenAsia website is hosting polls on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to go on a beach trip with in the warm weather?' and 'Which male trot singer would you like to go on a beach trip with in the warm weather?'
