The Voice Star Dylan Carter Dies in Tragic Car Accident at 24
According to Deadline, Carter died on October 25 in a car accident near a highway in South Carolina. Local police reported that Carter's vehicle hit a curb, then collided with a utility pole and a fence before overturning. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and rescued Carter from the vehicle, rushing him to the hospital, but he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
Reba McEntire expressed her condolences, saying, "Dylan was a young man with a bright and warm spirit. It was an honor to have spent time with him, and I extend my deepest sympathies to his family."
In addition to his musical talents, Carter was known for his charitable work. He co-founded and operated 'The Local Voice,' a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients. He consistently used his platform to make a positive impact, organizing local performances to raise funds for the cause.
