Actress Moon Ji-in Walks Cannes Red Carpet While Expecting First Child

Actress Moon Ji-in graced the Cannes red carpet with her unborn child.

Her husband, comedian Kim Ki-ri, shared the joyous news on Instagram, posting, "Wow! We're expecting!! Double celebration!! 🎉🥳🎂🙌🎊㊗️" along with several photos and a video.

In the shared posts, Moon Ji-in, Kim Ki-ri's wife and an actress, is seen walking the pink carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. Kim expressed his amazement, saying, "My wife's project was invited to the Cannes Film Festival. It's an honor just to attend, but going while she's pregnant makes it even more special and unbelievable 🥹🥰."

Kim further added, "It seems like God is giving my wife a wink, saying, 'Here you go~ Take a trip to Cannes~' as a blessing for her, especially since acting hasn't been easy for her lately."

Moon Ji-in debuted in 2009 as part of SBS's 11th open recruitment for talents. She has appeared in supporting roles in dramas such as tvN's 'Kill Heel', JTBC's 'The Beauty Inside', and SBS's 'Doctors'. She is a 15-year veteran in the industry. Moon married Kim Ki-ri in May 2024 and is expecting to give birth this August.
