One Hundred Labels Responds to THE BOYZ's Contract Suspension Ruling
One Hundred Labels has issued a statement regarding the court's decision to grant THE BOYZ's request for a suspension of their exclusive contract.

On the 24th, One Hundred's legal representative released an official statement addressing the Seoul Central District Court's decision, clarifying that the ruling is not a confirmation of contract termination.

One Hundred argued, "The opposing legal representative claimed on the 23rd that the court confirmed the lawful termination of the exclusive contract. However, this misrepresents the legal nature of the injunction."

They further explained, "An injunction is merely a temporary and urgent measure until the main lawsuit is resolved. This decision does not definitively determine the legality of the contract termination, and the outcome could be entirely different in the main lawsuit." They also noted, "The injunction process was expedited, and our key evidence and counterarguments were not thoroughly reviewed."

One Hundred emphasized the advance payments made, stating, "We have already paid 15 billion KRW per member, totaling 165 billion KRW, upon signing the exclusive contract." The nine members claim unpaid settlement amounts totaling approximately 1.66 billion KRW. Even after deducting this from the 135 billion KRW already paid, about 11.8 billion KRW remains, according to One Hundred.

Regarding the concert, they clarified, "The opposing party claims they have been preparing for the concert at their own expense. However, the ongoing April concert is being prepared through a professional company directly contracted by us." Finally, One Hundred stressed, "We will reveal the truth through all legal procedures."

Previously, nine members of THE BOYZ (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric) filed for an injunction to nullify their exclusive contract with One Hundred, which the court accepted on the 23rd.
