Singer Brian Unveils His Lavish 300-Pyeong Mansion, Estimated at $7.5 Million
On the 21st, the YouTube channel 'The Brian' released a house tour video featuring Super Junior's Eunhyuk and Donghae visiting Brian's home.
In the video, Brian introduced his standalone house located in Pyeongtaek, revealing his unique lifestyle.
Brian revealed a room with a full pool view, showcasing the swimming pool beyond the window. He also displayed his neatly organized dressing room, earning praise from Eunhyuk, who said, "Seeing everything so organized makes me feel at ease."
The highlight was the basement area. Brian unveiled his private cinema, prompting Eunhyuk to exclaim, "Isn't this every man's dream?" Equipped with soundproofing, a large screen, and gaming consoles, both guests couldn't hide their excitement, saying, "This is the most enviable part."
Brian explained that the speakers alone cost $7,000, and with soundproofing, the total expense was nearly $150,000, leaving everyone astonished.
While touring the house, Donghae asked, "How much would this house sell for as is?" After a moment of thought, Brian replied, "Since it's not in Seoul, maybe around $5.5 to $6.5 million?"
Hearing this, Eunhyuk boldly suggested, "With everything set up like this, it should be $22.5 million," prompting Brian to humorously adjust his estimate to $7.5 million.
When asked about renting the location for filming, Brian jokingly said, "I'd charge about $75,000 for rent," to which Eunhyuk humorously responded, "The house is $6.5 million, but the rent is $75,000?" adding to the laughter.
Brian's Pyeongtaek house is approximately 300 pyeong in size, featuring a swimming pool, private cinema, home bar, and various other facilities.
