Epik High's Tablo Opens Up About Family Dynamics and Smartphone Dilemma
Epik High's Tablo recently shared his feelings about his wife, actress Kang Hye-jung, and their daughter Haru on his YouTube channel.

On October 21, a video titled 'Things I Want to Buy Even If My Wife Scolds Me' was uploaded to Tablo's YouTube channel. In the video, Tablo discussed the dual nature of digital technology, saying, "Smartphones are great. You can send emails, texts, and watch YouTube." However, he also expressed concern about the time-consuming nature of smartphones, mentioning an app that predicts how many years of his life he might spend on his phone, estimating it to be 30 more years.

Tablo confessed that he deleted social media apps from his phone, stating, "I have a second phone at home where I post related to 'Epik Cassette' and other things. As Epik High's only marketer, I need that app, but I don't want to use it too much."

He particularly noted, "The worst is when I'm with my family. Whenever they ask, 'Are you listening?' or 'Dad, put down your phone,' it hurts my heart," reflecting on how he can't fully focus on his family because of his phone.

Despite this, he humorously pointed out, "They tell me to stop looking at my phone, but they do it all the time too. They spend three hours on their phones and suddenly need me, which is why it hurts," playfully calling out Kang Hye-jung and Haru.

Tablo debuted with Epik High in 2003 and married actress Kang Hye-jung six years later. In 2010, they welcomed their daughter Haru.
