Chef Leo Kang Mourns the Loss of His Father

Chef Leo Kang is mourning the loss of his father.

On the 19th, the production team of the YouTube channel 'Kang Leo Kyangleo' announced, "We received the sad news of Chef Leo Kang's father's passing early this morning. We extend our deepest condolences to the grieving family." Due to the sudden news, Kang was unable to attend a scheduled event that day.

The team further stated, "We will return with even better content after the funeral. We sincerely thank everyone for their patience and warm condolences."

Leo Kang's father, Youngsoo Kang, passed away on the 19th at the age of 79. The funeral is being held at Room 2 of the Seoul Asan Hospital Funeral Hall. The service is scheduled for 9:40 AM on the 21st, and the burial will take place at the National Cemetery in Icheon.

Leo Kang, along with his daughter Amy Kang Sol, is attending the funeral as a chief mourner.

Leo Kang married singer Sunjoo Park in 2012, and they have a daughter together. He revealed that he has been separated from his wife since 2018.
