Model-Turned-Entertainer Hong Jin-kyung Shares Her Latest Updates with a Touch of Humor

Model-turned-entertainer Hong Jin-kyung recently shared her latest updates.

On the 16th, the YouTube channel 'Gongbu Wang Jjin Genius Hong Jin-kyung' released a video titled 'Is there a ghost? Hong Jin-kyung invites a priest to bless her new office with holy water.'

In the video, Hong Jin-kyung unveiled her newly expanded YouTube production company's office, stating, "We started with just two people. We used a small space on the 16th floor before, but now we occupy the entire 15th floor." Reflecting on the growth from a small space to a company producing various celebrity channels, she expressed her gratitude, saying, "I feel so thankful that I can't help but pray."

The invited priest, Choi Kang, humorously remarked, "I hoped you wouldn't come to mass for a while. When you had short hair, I thought you just got out of prison. You came with a hairstyle like Shim Hyung-rae's character Young-gu, and I couldn't say anything." Hong Jin-kyung laughed so hard she cried, asking, "Was it that bad?"

Producer Lee Seok-ro, known as the 'Na Young-seok of YouTube,' has produced channels for numerous celebrities, including Jang Young-ran, Choi Hwa-jung, Sunwoo Yong-nyeo, and Seo In-young. The new office of his company, Bibom, spans approximately 200 pyeong.

Lee Seok-ro mentioned, "Jang Young-ran said that sticking a 10,000 won bill ending in the number 8 under the desk brings in money," expressing curiosity about its effectiveness. The priest, surprised, said, "I've never seen this before," but coolly added, "Just leave it there." Hong Jin-kyung burst into laughter, saying, "I'm into shamanism."

Upon seeing the hidden wine space, Hong Jin-kyung revealed, "I've been abstaining from alcohol for two weeks because of the priest." The priest explained, "I felt the need to control myself one day and started abstaining," adding humorously, "Considering Hong Jin-kyung's sins, she should abstain for life."

The blessing ceremony then began in earnest. The priest sprinkled holy water, praying, "May this space bring joy, learning, and inspiration." As holy water was sprinkled throughout the office, Hong Jin-kyung commented, "There can't be any demons here. The holy water has driven them away."

During a meal, when Producer Lee Seok-ro expressed his intention to donate a million won, the priest revealed, "Hong Jin-kyung donates in the ten million won range." When Hong Jin-kyung clarified, "Sometimes," Lee jokingly asked, "When you've committed a big sin?"

Meanwhile, Hong Jin-kyung announced her divorce last year after 22 years of marriage, having married in 2003. She has a daughter named Rael.
