K-Pop Star Hwasa Shares Her Diet Secrets Amid Weight Loss Buzz
K-pop sensation Hwasa recently revealed her diet plan that has contributed to her noticeable weight loss.

On October 14, Hwasa appeared on MBC FM4U's 'Kim Shin-young's Noon Song of Hope' to discuss her recent activities. Known for her slim figure post-diet, Hwasa shared, "These days, sous-vide chicken breast is really well-made. I feel happy eating chicken breast as part of my diet and make sure to have it every day."

Host Kim Shin-young expressed concern, saying, "You look so thin, it worries me." Hwasa reassured her, stating, "I may look thin, but I have muscle. I'm actually healthier now than when I had a bigger build in the past."

Recalling Hwasa's muscular thighs from her earlier career, Kim Shin-young asked if she had lost muscle. In response, Hwasa flexed her arm muscles, asserting, "I've gained a lot of muscle."

Previously, Hwasa also addressed her weight loss on actress Yoo In-na's YouTube channel last year. She mentioned losing 5kg and added, "People around me worry a lot, but I'm really healthy. My body shape just looks different because of reduced body fat, so there's no need to worry."
