Kim Eui-young Tops Poll as Most Desired Trot Singer for Spring Shopping

Kim Eui-young has been voted as the number one trot singer people want to go spring shopping with.

From the 6th to the 12th of this month, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to go spring shopping with?'

Kim Eui-young took the top spot. She debuted as a trot singer after finishing in the TOP 5 on TV Chosun's 2020 show 'Miss Trot 2.' In May of last year, she released her fourth single 'STARTrot PART.1,' produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track 'Do Whatever You Want' is a bright and upbeat dance trot song that highlights Kim Eui-young's refreshing charm.

Singer Jeon Yu-jin came in second. On the 9th, she appeared on MBC ON's 'Trot Champion,' performing her new song 'Gayo Gayo,' released on the 26th. She graced the stage in a dress reminiscent of pink flowers, starting her performance with lovely choreography. Her relaxed expressions and gestures enhanced the song's bright atmosphere, while her natural movement and dance skills added to the visual enjoyment.

In third place was singer Jung Mi-ae. On the 20th, she posted a photo taken in a car on her social media with the caption, 'Another day goes by.' Known for her resemblance to Song Hye-kyo, Jung Mi-ae exuded a fresh image. Previously, she gained recognition by finishing second in the first season of TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot.'

Currently, the Top Ten TenAsia website is hosting polls on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to go karaoke dating with?', 'Which male singer would you like to go karaoke dating with?', 'Which female trot singer would you like to go karaoke dating with?', and 'Which male trot singer would you like to go karaoke dating with?'
