MBN's 'Dolsing Fourmen' Stars Lee Da-eun and Yoon Nam-ki Address Pet Neglect Controversy
Lee Da-eun and Yoon Nam-ki, stars of MBN's reality show 'Dolsing Fourmen,' have spoken out regarding allegations of neglect and biting incidents involving their pet dog.

On October 13, the couple addressed the issue in a video titled 'Is Max Neglected? Here's Our Take' on their YouTube channel 'Namdari Mac.' In the video, Lee Da-eun explained, "We posted a family photo, and some people were concerned because our dog Max wasn't in it."

She continued, "Some people think we're neglecting Max. We posted a statement on social media, but it seems to have caused more misunderstandings. I wasn't careful with my choice of words," she admitted. "Some people now perceive Max as a biting dog, which has been upsetting for us. Although there was one incident in the past, it's painful to see him misunderstood as a habitual biter. It was a time for reflection," she said, wiping away tears.

Yoon Nam-ki added, "Our second child accidentally pulled Max's fur, and Max reacted by swatting, which scratched the child's delicate skin. Since then, we've been cautious, and there have been no further issues. We've removed the barriers, and our first child gets along well with Max. We believe our second child will too."

Lee Da-eun addressed the negative comments, saying, "Some people commented on the family photo without Max, saying 'I guess Max isn't part of the family.' That's a bit of a stretch. Just because he's not in the photo doesn't mean he's neglected."

Previously, on October 3, Lee Da-eun shared on social media, "There was an incident where Max scratched our second child's face with his teeth, which made the whole family anxious. Our child isn't used to handling dogs and sometimes touches Max's tail or ears unexpectedly, which seems to have stressed him out. There was one biting incident that left a long scratch on our child's face."

Lee Da-eun and Yoon Nam-ki met on 'Dolsing Fourmen' and remarried in 2022. They recently welcomed their second son, making them parents to a son and a daughter.
