Yoon revealed, "I discovered the cancer through a health check-up." He continued, "I was supposed to receive the results by mail, but they never arrived. I thought it was strange, and then the hospital called me to come in for the results."

Upon hearing there was "something not quite right," Yoon confessed, "My heart was racing. I was prepared, but I couldn't calm down." He asked the doctor directly, "Is it cancer?" to which the doctor replied, "Yes," causing Yoon to feel his face flush.

The doctor reassured him, saying, "You won't die. It can be treated," which Yoon found immensely comforting.

Yoon was diagnosed with 'MALT lymphoma,' a type of rare blood cancer. He explained, "The term 'rare cancer' was frightening, but it wasn't a life-threatening disease. I was told that many cases improve with medication."

The treatment process was challenging. Yoon shared, "I underwent medication treatment, but the cancer remained. So, I received radiation therapy every day for 30 days. Eating was difficult, and my body was exhausted, but I persevered."

Ultimately, the treatment was successful. Yoon reported, "Subsequent tests showed the cancer had disappeared. Now, I manage my health with regular follow-up exams."
