'I Am Solo' Star Jeong-suk Prepares for Life in Denver with Intense Workout Regimen

Jeong-suk from the 22nd season of 'I Am Solo' is ramping up her workout routine before moving to the United States.

Recently, Jeong-suk shared, “As I prepare to become a Denver resident, I need to work out without Ricky. I’m revisiting basic exercises like squats and deadlifts. What else should I check?”

In the released video, Jeong-suk is seen learning exercise techniques from a trainer, focusing on lower body weight training to build strength.

Meanwhile, Jeong-suk, a lawyer, appeared on the 22nd season of SBS Plus and ENA's 'I Am Solo' divorcee special. She has been divorced twice. Her husband, Sang-cheol from the 10th season, is a businessman residing in the U.S. He appeared on the 10th season's divorcee special and is raising two children after his divorce. Although they were not on the same season, their relationship blossomed into romance, leading to marriage. The couple will begin their newlywed life in Denver, Colorado.
