Korean Actress Ko Jun-hee Reveals Her Secret to Ageless Beauty

Korean actress Ko Jun-hee has opened up about her sauna habits.

On the 6th, Ko Jun-hee's YouTube channel 'Ko Jun-hee GO' released a video titled 'The Secret Beauty Tips Celebrities Use for Ageless Looks'.

In the video, Ko Jun-hee shared her personal beauty routine, from her morning rituals to various skincare courses and nighttime skincare regimen. She started her day by saying, "They say if you jump 50 times within 15 minutes of waking up, it changes your life. That's one of my secrets to staying youthful."

When the production team mentioned that many comments referred to her as 'ageless', Ko Jun-hee revealed, "In the morning, I prepare saltwater, olive oil, and lemon. Honestly, the order is up to me each morning, and that's part of my stress-free beauty secret. I've been drinking a lot of water since I was young."

Ko Jun-hee detailed her skincare routine, explaining that she applies lotion multiple times after cleansing, saying, "I like to refresh my skin condition in the morning. With frequent shoots, I often wear makeup and consistently receive skincare treatments. It's all about minimizing skin irritation."

Ko Jun-hee then underwent a series of treatments including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, scalp care, and skincare. In the sauna, she confessed, "When I'm alone, I usually go nude."

She humorously added, "When you enter the sauna, the ladies tend to pinch you a bit," and joked, "I want to try it because many Hollywood stars do it, though I can't go to Hollywood."

Ko Jun-hee mentioned that she often visits the spa with her mother, saying, "I come here frequently with my mom because it's supposed to be healthy, but my dad gets a bit jealous," expressing her apologies.

After receiving a scalp spa treatment and returning home, Ko Jun-hee emphasized, "While it's important to go out and get treatments, maintaining a consistent routine at home is crucial. Creating your own routine and maintaining healthy habits is probably the biggest secret to staying youthful."
