Influencer Seong Hae-eun is captivating fans with her fresh and vibrant spring look.

Recently, Seong Hae-eun took to Instagram to invite her followers to take couple photos with her, saying, "Who wants to take a picture with me? Let's see who takes the best couple photo! Previously, Seong Hae-eun shared on her YouTube channel how she lost weight from 70kg to 50kg. She revealed, "During my flight attendant training, I lost weight by starving myself for modeling gigs, but after joining the airline, I gained weight due to the delicious in-flight meals. I felt terrified when I could no longer increase my uniform size."

She explained her weight loss strategy, saying, "Intermittent fasting turned into binge eating, and starving diets led to easy weight gain. I now focus on a balanced diet with dietary fiber, protein, and carbohydrates, replacing refined carbs with complex ones like brown rice and sweet potatoes, and avoiding late-night snacks. I maintain balance by eating clean at home while enjoying meals outside."

Seong Hae-eun, who transitioned from a flight attendant to an influencer with 1.3 million subscribers, recently moved into a luxury apartment valued over 5 billion KRW. Her success story has garnered significant attention online.

Born in 1994, Seong Hae-eun gained fame through the TVING original show 'Transit Love 2' and continues to be active in both broadcasting and YouTube. After appearing on 'Transit Love 2,' she left her five-year career at Korean Air to pursue a career as a YouTuber and influencer.
