Lim Young-woong Tops Poll as Most Desired Trot Singer to Share Earphones With

Lim Young-woong has been voted as the number one trot singer people want to share earphones with.

From September 26 to October 1, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which male trot singer would you like to share earphones with?' Lim Young-woong emerged as the top choice.

Lim Young-woong is set to hold 'IM HERO - THE STADIUM 2' at Goyang Sports Complex this September. He has achieved an impressive feat by having 15 songs simultaneously on the 'Billboard Korea Hot 100' chart for 16 consecutive weeks.

In second place was Song Min-jun, who performed at the 'Song For You: Yanggu County Concert' on February 28 at the Yanggu Culture and Sports Center. The concert tickets were priced at 12,000 KRW, with 10,000 KRW refunded as Yanggu Love Gift Certificates at the venue.

The third spot was claimed by singer Taebaek, who gained recognition through MBN's 'Burning Trotman' in 2023. Starting as a musical actor and transitioning through a performance group, he debuted as a trot singer and received a warm reception during performances for Vietnamese locals and expatriates last year. His energetic persona has earned him the nickname 'Energy Boy' among fans.

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to enjoy a Han River bike date with on a warm spring day?', 'Which male singer would you like to enjoy a Han River bike date with on a warm spring day?', 'Which female trot singer would you like to enjoy a Han River bike date with on a warm spring day?', and 'Which male trot singer would you like to enjoy a Han River bike date with on a warm spring day?'
