Actor Um Ki-joon Hilariously Apologized to by Lee Soo-ji on 'Really, But Seriously!'
The episode featured actors Kim Soo-ro, Um Ki-joon, and Park Gun-hyung. Um Ki-joon's impressive acting career was highlighted, particularly his roles as a convict in four different dramas: 'Hero' in 2009, 'Masked Prosecutor' in 2015, 'Defendant' in 2017, and 'Penthouse' in 2020.
As the cast watched clips of his 'incarcerations,' they were impressed by his evolving acting skills, with comments like "It's getting scarier." Um Ki-joon humbly noted, "Maybe my acting improved with age," prompting Tak Jae-hoon to quip, "Why come out if you're going to be so humble?"
Um Ki-joon playfully retorted, "You should try being humble too," and added humorously, "This doesn't feel like a regular prison. Where else can you find such a spacious cell?"
Recalling a cameo in a movie, Um Ki-joon shared, "I had to slap Han Suk-kyu the moment we met. It was our first meeting, and after greeting him, I slapped him. It didn't feel right." Kim Soo-ro humorously added, "I find it hard to get hit because I've never been hit before."
Um Ki-joon explained, "I thought we were going for drinks," and waited without a word. Lee Soo-ji, feeling guilty, said, "I had another schedule. It was mentioned jokingly," adding, "But he really didn't say anything. He just kept smiling subtly. After finishing the basement shoot and coming upstairs, he was still there," reenacting the scene to everyone's amusement.
