Actress Lee Hye-young Shares Clean Photo of Dog Amid Animal Abuse Controversy
Actress and painter Lee Hye-young has shared a photo of her dog with a clean face just two days after being embroiled in an animal abuse controversy.

On the 27th, Lee Hye-young posted two photos in succession on her Instagram story without any captions.

In the released photos, the pet dog is seen looking at Lee Hye-young, showing a clean face with a mix of white and pink hues.

Previously, on the 25th, Lee Hye-young uploaded a video on her social media with a smiling emoji, saying, "I had fun because of you," while spending time with her pet dog.

However, the dog's face was adorned with makeup resembling doodles. Black lines were drawn around the eyes to create eyeliner and eyelashes, and a line reminiscent of a scar was drawn above the nose.

This led netizens to raise allegations of animal abuse. Some commented, "What have you done to the dog? Do you think this is normal?" and "Abuse isn't just about hitting."

Meanwhile, Lee Hye-young married singer Lee Sang-min in 2004 but divorced the following year. In 2011, she remarried an older businessman and has two stepdaughters from his previous marriage.
