Actress Kim Ji-won has become a topic of discussion due to her noticeably slimmer figure.

On October 24, Vogue Hong Kong's official social media shared a video featuring Kim Ji-won attending the 2026 Bulgari High Jewelry Collection 'ECLETTICA' event.

Kim Ji-won made a striking appearance in a daring deep blue dress that accentuated her neckline. Her straight shoulder line and prominent collarbones caught the eye.

Particularly, when Kim Ji-won waved at the camera, her ribcage was visible, and her slender arms drew attention, highlighting her significantly thinner appearance.

The video prompted concerns from netizens, with comments such as "She looks too thin," "Did she undergo extreme dieting?" and "Is it for a role?"

Previously, Kim Ji-won revealed that she abstained from Chinese food for a year to maintain her figure during the filming of the tvN drama 'Queen of Tears.' She stated, "I managed my diet for about a year due to the variety of costumes required for the role," adding, "I tried to avoid heavy foods."

Meanwhile, Kim Ji-won is set to return to the small screen with the upcoming SBS drama 'Doctor X: The Era of the White Mafia.'
