South Korean TV Personality Jang Young-ran Reveals Pre-Surgery Passport Photo Ahead of Japan Trip

South Korean TV personality Jang Young-ran has shared a throwback passport photo taken before her cosmetic surgery, just as she is about to depart for Japan.

On the 18th, a video documenting Jang's journey to Japan was uploaded to her YouTube channel, 'A-Class Jang Young-ran'.

Why the Sudden Trip to Japan?

In the video, Jang Young-ran arrives at Gimpo Airport and expresses her excitement, saying, "I'm finally going on an overseas business trip. I'm visiting Japan to meet someone I've really wanted to see and to check out a star's apartment there." She added, "Since I'm going, I'll make the most of it."

Revealing Pre-Surgery Passport Photo, What's the Reaction?

Jang Young-ran showed her passport to the production team, commenting, "I did get a bit prettier." When asked by the team if the photo was taken after her surgery, Jang replied, "It's from before the surgery," acknowledging her past cosmetic procedures.

The production team noted that she looked older in the photo, to which Jang responded, "The parting of my hair was too much in a 2:8 ratio."
