Reality Show Star Ji-hyun Park Addresses Engagement Rumors with Couple Ring Revelation
On the 17th, Ji-hyun's YouTube channel 'I'm Ji-hyun' released a video titled 'Finally Answering Ji-hyun's Q&A | I'm Ji-hyun EP.2.' In the video, Ji-hyun and Won-kyu took time to answer questions from their fans.
When asked by a fan, "When did you get the couple rings and when did you buy them?" Ji-hyun explained, "As the show was coming to an end, our birthdays were also approaching." She continued, "I went alone first to buy my ring, and a few days later, I went around stores in disguise, asking for a specific size in secret to prepare it as a gift." Ji-hyun added, "I wanted to wear it on my birthday, so I got it around the time the show was ending."
Won-kyu humorously interjected, "You have to mention what I gifted you, or there will be chaos," which brought laughter. Ji-hyun then revealed, "I bought both my ring and his, and he gifted me an iPhone 17 Pro."
Previously, the couple, who were matched as the final couple on 'Transit Love 4,' shared photos wearing luxury brand rings often chosen for proposals. After the show ended, a farewell video shared by 'Transit Love 4' director In-ha Kim on social media showed Ji-hyun wearing the same ring on her left ring finger, sparking marriage rumors.
Meanwhile, the couple, who once considered marriage, chose to part ways due to practical issues. However, they reunited through 'Transit Love 4' and continue to maintain their real-life romantic relationship.
