Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young Debate Baby Names for Their Second Child
On October 14, Kim So-young's YouTube channel 'Kim So-young's Ddingguri TV' released a video titled 'Second Baby's Name: Ohtani? Kim So-young Surprised by Oh Sang-jin's Ambition.'
In the video, Kim So-young shared her relief after a recent hospital check-up. She said, "I was worried about not being able to have a natural birth because the baby was in a breech position. But today, they told me the baby's head has turned down, so I'm very relieved."
Kim So-young also discussed her weight changes during pregnancy. She revealed, "I originally weighed 55kg, but during the morning sickness period, I dropped to 52kg. Now I'm 66kg, having gained over 10kg." She added, "I've never seen a weight starting with a 7 in my life, but they say I might gain another 3kg in the last month before delivery." Oh Sang-jin responded with his usual calm demeanor, "That could happen," highlighting their differing attitudes.
Kim So-young mentioned several names like Soo-hyun, Soo-hyuk, Soo-bin, and Soo-yoon, commenting, "Soo-hyun sounds like a model student, while Soo-hyuk feels a bit strong." Oh Sang-jin, after receiving AI-generated name suggestions, humorously proposed "Ohtani," showcasing his ambition and bringing laughter.
Kim So-young, opposing the name Ohtani, said, "Soo-ah wasn't even a candidate for our first child. We decided on the name after seeing her face at the postpartum care center. I believe we'll find the perfect name once we see the baby's face this time too."
Meanwhile, Oh Sang-jin, a former MBC announcer, married his colleague Kim So-young in 2017, and they welcomed their first daughter in 2019.
