Actor Jin Tae-hyun Expresses Deep Affection for His Adopted Daughter
Recently, Jin Tae-hyun penned a heartfelt message on his social media account.
Below is the full text of Jin Tae-hyun's message.
When someone becomes my child,
I strive to help them achieve their dreams no matter what.
This is because I have earned the title of a parent,
which means praying for them every morning.
My wife is the only woman I must love and protect for life.
Until my child meets someone they love,
I must love them and do my best to support whatever they wish to do.
Throughout my life,
I have taken them to exams,
found schools for them,
offered advice during job searches,
sold my car to pay tuition,
been by their side during training in the provinces,
visited them even when they lived far away,
attended graduations as their parent,
and given them my last 100,000 won when it was all I had.
Having gone through tough times in my 20s,
I know how crucial youth is.
Recently, Puma Korea made a generous offer to our Ji-hye,
signing her as a sponsored athlete and elite track and field competitor.
I am incredibly grateful.
I spent two days studying the English contract more diligently than I did in high school.
Moving forward, I will instill gratitude and humility in Ji-hye,
emphasizing the importance of being a good person in sports and training,
not just achieving good results.
I will become the king of nagging by her side.
Now, I am not only a father but also an agent.
Thanks to my daughter, I even had the chance to take photos at Puma's headquarters.
I am always grateful to God.
