ENHYPEN's Video Call Fan Sign Event Cancellation Sparks Refund Controversy
The K-pop group ENHYPEN has stirred controversy after their video call fan sign event was canceled on the day of the event, with the organizers stating that refunds will not be provided.

On October 4, an online community post titled 'ENHYPEN Video Call Canceled Due to Health Issues, No Refunds' gained attention. According to the post, the event organizer, HelloLive, announced that refunds would not be available for the canceled ENHYPEN video call fan sign event on October 2, citing the terms outlined on the sales page regarding cancellations, postponements, or changes.

The organizers had previously canceled the event on October 2, citing the artists' health issues as the reason for the cancellation. HelloLive stated, "The event will be rescheduled, and we will promptly announce the new date once it is confirmed."

Fans have expressed concern over the lack of detailed information regarding the members' health conditions, and the announcement of no refunds has led to dissatisfaction. One fan commented, "It's not about blaming the members for being sick, but there's no consideration in not properly informing us about their health and changing the schedule." Another fan criticized, "We don't even know which member is unwell, yet they cancel and reschedule events arbitrarily. If fans can't attend the new date, it's like throwing away hundreds of dollars."
