Eva Popiel Becomes a Full-Fledged South Korean Citizen
On the 3rd, Eva shared several photos on her Instagram with the caption, "Finally❤️ Thank you!!"
The photos show Eva attending a naturalization ceremony at the Yangju Immigration Office. She proudly received a certificate featuring the South Korean flag and the words 'Republic of Korea', receiving congratulations from many.
Previously, Eva announced in April last year that she had passed her naturalization interview.
Born in 1981, Eva is 44 years old and was born to a British father and a Japanese mother. She came to Korea in 2005 for her studies, developed a deep interest in the country, and gained popularity after appearing on KBS2's 'Global Talk Show' the following year.
In 2010, she married a Korean, obtained permanent residency, and gave birth to sons in 2013 and 2016. She is currently appearing on the SBS variety show 'Kick a Goal'.
