BLACKPINK member Jennie has made headlines with her generous donation of 100 million KRW (approximately $75,000).

On the 24th, Sean shared a photo of the donation certificate on his social media, stating, "BLACKPINK's Jennie combined the proceeds from her January photo exhibition 'J2NNI5' with her personal funds to donate 100 million KRW to the 'Raise Korea's Temperature by 1 Degree' campaign. This donation will be used to provide coal briquettes for elderly people in need."

Sean explained, "For some, coal briquettes are not a choice but a necessity to survive the winter. With 100 million KRW, we can purchase 112,000 briquettes, enough to keep 560 households warm for a month." He added, "Thank you, Jennie, for making Korea a warmer place!"

The donation certificate, shared by Sean, shows that Jennie, under her real name Kim Jennie, donated the amount on the 13th.

Earlier, Jennie held her first photo exhibition from January 16 to 29 to celebrate her 30th birthday. She actively participated in the entire project and pledged to donate all ticket sales proceeds. Her commitment has been praised by fans, with comments like "Jennie is amazing," "It's heartwarming to see such positive influence," and "This warms my heart."

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is set to make a comeback with their third mini-album 'Deadline' on the 27th at 2 PM.
