Korean Actress Moon Chae-won Announces June Wedding to Non-Celebrity

Korean actress Moon Chae-won has announced her upcoming marriage to a non-celebrity, set for June, drawing attention to a past prediction by a fortune teller.

On the 15th, Moon Chae-won's agency, Blitzway Entertainment, released an official statement saying, "Moon Chae-won has met a precious person and is set to marry in June. Her fiancé is a non-celebrity, and the wedding will be held privately with family and close friends." They added, "Out of respect for both families, we cannot disclose specific details. We would appreciate your warm blessings for Moon Chae-won's new beginning."

Moon Chae-won also shared a handwritten letter on her social media the same day. She expressed, "I will be getting married this coming June. I wanted to personally share this news with those who have shown me warm interest and support since my debut." She continued, "I am a bit nervous but more excited about building and nurturing a family. I plan to show more diverse sides of myself in the future."

Alongside the wedding announcement, a past episode where Moon Chae-won visited a fortune teller to predict her romantic future has resurfaced. In January, the YouTube channel 'YouTube Haji-young' featured a video of Moon Chae-won visiting a fortune teller with Haji-young to foresee her fortunes for the new year.

In the video, the fortune teller told Moon Chae-won, "Last year, you might have had some personal struggles. However, your fortune will flourish from April 2026." Regarding her romantic prospects, the fortune teller said, "Between April 7 and June 20 this year, you have a romantic fortune. This could lead to marriage, but these days, having a marriage fortune doesn't necessarily mean one will marry. It's up to the individuals involved."
