Meanwhile, it was reported that Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung purchased a building in Seoul's Seongdong-gu, Oksu-dong, for 23.99 billion KRW through their corporation 'Project B' last August. The debt on the property is said to be 19 billion KRW. The building, acquired by Lee Byung-hun, has a land area of 732㎡ and a total floor area of 2494.76㎡, spanning from two basement levels to six above-ground floors.

Additionally, Lee Byung-hun purchased a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu for 26 billion KRW in 2018, which he sold three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, making a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. It is reported that he earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income until the sale.
