G-IDLE's Miyeon Purchases Luxury Apartment in Yongsan for $37.5 Million
According to a media outlet on the 21st, Miyeon signed a contract on the 3rd of this month to buy a 135㎡ (17th floor) unit in Yongsan Central Park for 5.05 billion KRW (approximately $37.5 million). It is reported that she completed the payment and ownership transfer on the 12th.
The absence of a mortgage on the property registry suggests that the transaction was made entirely in cash, without any bank loans.
Yongsan Central Park is a residential complex completed in 2017, consisting of five buildings with a total of 1,140 units, reaching up to 43 floors. It is a mixed-use development combining apartments, officetels, and commercial facilities, conveniently located near Yongsan Station, which is serviced by subway lines 1 and 4, as well as the KTX. The complex offers views of both the Han River and Yongsan Park.
