Concerns Rise Over Health of Veteran Korean Actors Amid Choi Bul-am's Recent Updates
Recent updates on actor Choi Bul-am's health have sparked increased interest in the well-being of veteran Korean actors.

On the October 19th episode of MBN's cultural program 'Exclusive World,' actor Im Hyun-sik appeared as a guest. The broadcast featured a meeting between Im Hyun-sik and Park Eun-soo, who is known for his role as Il-yong in 'Country Diary.'

Park Eun-soo shared concerns about Im Hyun-sik's health, stating, "Many of our senior colleagues have passed away, and now even senior Choi Bul-am is not well, and neither is senior Im Hyun-sik," drawing attention.

This news has also turned the spotlight on the health of other veteran entertainers like Shin Goo. Shin Goo attended the press conference for the play 'French Safe' on October 10th. During the event, he revealed, "My health isn't great. As I age, I seem to be facing some disabilities," and added, "I'm contemplating how to overcome this and not let it hinder me. My body doesn't cooperate as I wish."

Shin Goo further expressed, "With the passing of Lee Soon-jae, whom I regarded as an elder brother, I now have no one above me to look up to. It's truly regrettable," but he also stated, "Nevertheless, as long as I'm breathing, I intend to continue my work. It's not easy, but I'll do my best."

Shin Goo, born in 1936, is now 90 years old. He lost his wife in July last year and has one son.
