Comedian Park Na-rae Faces Legal Battle with Former Managers Amidst Agency Controversy
Comedian Park Na-rae is currently embroiled in a legal dispute with her former managers, who are still listed as internal directors of her agency, A&P Entertainment.

According to reports on the 31st, former managers A and B, who are in a civil and criminal legal battle with Park Na-rae, continue to hold their positions as internal directors of A&P Entertainment on corporate registration documents. Despite their claims of leaving the company at the end of last year, official records show no changes in the personnel structure.

A and B were appointed as internal directors of A&P Entertainment in September last year and were registered in the corporate registry in October of the same year. On the same day, Park Na-rae's mother was also registered as the CEO. The two former managers have since claimed workplace harassment and unfair treatment by Park Na-rae, leading to their resignation, and the legal dispute between both parties continues.

Additionally, A&P Entertainment's failure to register as a pop culture and arts planning business has come under scrutiny again. Despite the end of the guidance period, administrative procedures have not been completed. Park Na-rae's side commented, "While it would have been appropriate to register at the time of the controversy, Park Na-rae is not in a position to resume broadcasting activities, and she lacks the mental and practical capacity to address this issue."

Currently, Park Na-rae has suspended her broadcasting activities and stepped down from all programs amidst allegations of workplace abuse by former managers and illegal medical procedures. Recently, a media outlet reported spotting Park Na-rae at a makgeolli brewing education center in Seoul, providing a glimpse into her current situation.
