Model Hong Jin-kyung's Playful Encounter with Actor Lee Sang-yoon on YouTube

Former model Hong Jin-kyung shares a playful moment with actor Lee Sang-yoon, who is four years her junior, on her YouTube channel.

On the 29th, the YouTube channel 'Gongbu Wang Jin Chae Hong Jin-kyung' released a video titled 'Hong Jin-kyung's Flirting Tips on a Blind Date with Lee Sang-yoon, Whom She's Admired for 8 Years.'

In the video, Hong Jin-kyung meets actor Lee Sang-yoon, whom she has admired for eight years, in a blind date-themed interview unbeknownst to the guest. She expressed her delight, saying, "I'm glad I started YouTube. It's a great excuse to have fun."

Lee Sang-yoon, who appeared on the show through a recommendation by Uhm Jung-hwa, quickly caught on to the unexpected blind date concept, humorously stating, "This isn't a normal situation, is it?" Hong Jin-kyung welcomed his appearance, admitting she thought he might decline the invitation.

At 48, Hong Jin-kyung found Lee Sang-yoon's age, four years younger, "just right" and gathered personal details like his only-child status and residence in Seongsu. Noticing his charming dimples, she humorously asked if she could poke them, commenting on their softness.

Lee Sang-yoon, a Seoul National University physics graduate, shared, "I wasn't popular in school. I wore thick glasses and was just an average student who went home after playing ball."

He revealed that he had his first girlfriend as an adult and described his ideal type as "kind and pretty." Hong Jin-kyung, attempting to initiate physical contact by asking him to show her how to hold a pencil, jokingly lamented, "There's nothing that matches. But I am kind."

To draw out more conversation, Hong Jin-kyung suggested a wine love shot, later joking about Lee Sang-yoon's manager giving her a stern look.

Lee Sang-yoon, who was a model student, explained his unexpected entry into acting: "I never thought I'd become an entertainer due to my introverted nature. I was cast on the street while serving public duty because of my eyesight. I started as a commercial model and spent about three years in obscurity."

He made his film debut in 'Sex Is Zero 2,' describing his role as "a friend of the female lead with no explicit scenes, positioned to evoke jealousy from the male lead."

Currently performing on stage, Lee Sang-yoon expressed his love for theater, saying, "I learn and fill my gaps through theater. I enjoy the practice time, which is why I do it." Hong Jin-kyung continued her playful flirting, complimenting his lips.

After filming, Hong Jin-kyung admitted, "Today wasn't acting. Even if it's uncomfortable, it can't be helped," but added, "If we can't date, I'd like to see him as a brother for life."

Meanwhile, Hong Jin-kyung divorced her husband last August after 22 years of marriage. They have a daughter named Rael.
