Former T-ara Member Soyeon Shares Dubai Life and Cookie-Making Adventures
On the 27th, Soyeon took to her Instagram story to post a photo with the caption, "Already ate all 28 I made. Time to make more." The image showed her making the trendy chewy cookies from Korea, which are not available in Dubai. Soyeon had to purchase the ingredients from a local market to make a large batch herself.
Earlier, on the 18th, Soyeon had also shared her cookie-making endeavors in Dubai.
In 2022, Soyeon legally married Jo Yu-min, a soccer player nine years her junior, after three years of dating. The couple does not have any children.
Jo Yu-min transferred to Sharjah FC in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2024, prompting the couple's move to Dubai. At the time of his transfer, Sharjah FC paid a transfer fee of approximately 1.5 billion KRW (around $1.3 million USD), and his salary is estimated to have increased to 2 billion KRW (around $1.7 million USD) annually.
