Korean Actress Ko Jun-hee Stunned by Luxury Apartment Prices in Seoul

Korean actress Ko Jun-hee was left in shock by the staggering prices of luxury apartments in Seoul.

On the 24th, Ko Jun-hee's YouTube channel 'Ko Jun-hee GO' released a video titled 'Touring Signiel, L'Ell, and Acro Seoul Apartments'.

In the video, Ko Jun-hee revisited her moving plans, stating, "I mentioned before that I was moving. There was a lot of talk about 'the house across the street', but I haven't decided on a place yet. Today, I'm going on a real estate tour."

When asked about important factors in choosing an apartment, Ko Jun-hee highlighted "ventilation, storage, and kitchen size." When the production team questioned why kitchen size mattered since she doesn't cook, she humorously replied, "I might start cooking in the future?"

Regarding purchasing a home, Ko Jun-hee candidly admitted, "I can't afford to buy a house. I don't have that kind of financial power. I'm looking at rental options."

Ko Jun-hee first visited Cheongdam L'Ell, where she was impressed by the panoramic views of the Han River and the sunrise park. Upon learning it was a redevelopment of the Samik Apartments, she shared, "I lived in Samik Apartments from age 23 for six years, but I don't have many good memories there."

Enchanted by the built-in refrigerator and ample storage space, Ko Jun-hee exclaimed, "I can't keep my head straight. It's so nice." However, upon hearing that the sale price for a 61-pyeong unit was between 12.5 to 13 billion won, she remarked, "No need to hear the rental price."

The Acro Samsung, a 1:1 redevelopment of Hongshil Apartments, was priced at 10 billion won for a 63-pyeong unit. Shocked by the consecutive high prices, Ko Jun-hee stated, "Dreams should be big," showing her determination.

When asked if the apartments were too large for one person, she humorously explained, "I'm tall, so I have a lot of stuff. I need to live alone to film YouTube videos," eliciting laughter.

Lastly, she visited Jamsil Signiel Residence, where the management fee was revealed to be 2 to 2.5 million won, with a sale price of 9 billion won and 70% mortgage availability. Amazed by the hotel housekeeping service, she humorously complained, "It's inconvenient to receive delivery food," causing laughter.

Ko Jun-hee concluded, "I want a place to live alone rather than with my parents, but the prices are out of reach. I think I saw too extravagant homes today. Next time, I'll try to show you more affordable options."
