Son Ye-jin Shares Heartfelt Message and Photos with Husband Hyun Bin After Blue Dragon Film Awards Win

Actress Son Ye-jin recently shared a heartfelt post on Instagram featuring photos with her husband, Hyun Bin.

In her post, Son expressed her disbelief and gratitude for winning the Best Actress and Popularity awards at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. She wrote, "I feel like I'm floating on clouds, not knowing how the days have passed. I still can't believe I received the Best Actress and Popularity awards at the Blue Dragon Film Awards." She added, "I didn't expect it at all, so I couldn't deliver a proper thank you speech. I heard that fans voted really hard for the Popularity award... I'm so touched. How can I express my gratitude?"

Son also reflected on her latest film, 'Inevitability,' which marked her return to the big screen after marriage. She shared, "It was my first film after getting married, and I had many concerns, but I thought I would just follow along with director Park Chan-wook and senior actor Lee Byung-hun." She continued, "After watching the film, I realized how grateful I am that director Park Chan-wook is part of the Korean film industry."

She praised her co-stars, saying, "The legendary Lee Byung-hun, the acting master with incredible energy, Lee Sung-min, and the endlessly charming Yum Hye-ran. Park Hee-soon was a new discovery with his expressive face and talent. I came to love and respect all my fellow actors, both personally and professionally." She added, "I was so happy to be the youngest on set."

Son Ye-jin also expressed her appreciation for the crew, mentioning, "Thanks to the efforts of cinematographer Kim Woo-hyung's team, lighting director Kim Min-jae, art director Ryu Seong-hee's team, makeup director Song Jong-hee's team, costume director Cho Sang-kyung's team, music director Cho Young-wook's team, and all the staff who worked tirelessly on set, my character could shine." She concluded, "I was lucky to receive such a precious award, and I won't take it for granted. I'll show you even better performances. Thank you."

Previously, on the 19th, Son Ye-jin won the Best Actress and Popularity awards at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. She delivered a stellar performance as the character Mi-ri in 'Inevitability,' released in September.

Born in 1982, Son Ye-jin is married to fellow actor Hyun Bin, and they have one son together.
