Meanwhile, it has been reported that Lee Min-jung and her husband, Lee Byung-hun, purchased a building in Seoul's Seongdong-gu district for 23.99 billion KRW through their company, 'Project B,' last August. The building has a debt of 19 billion KRW. The property spans 732 square meters of land with a total floor area of 2,494.76 square meters, featuring two basement levels and six above-ground floors.

Additionally, Lee Byung-hun previously purchased a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu for 26 billion KRW in 2018, which he sold three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, earning a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. Before selling, he reportedly earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income.
