SHINee's Minho Concludes Run in Meta-Comedy 'Waiting for Godot Waiting'
Minho took on the role of the passionate understudy, Val, in the play that pays homage to Samuel Beckett's absurdist play 'Waiting for Godot'. His captivating visuals, commanding stage presence, and solid acting skills created a perfect trifecta that earned him praise from audiences.
Ahead of the final performance on the 14th, Minho shared, "When I first encountered 'Waiting for Godot Waiting', it resonated with me as if it were my own story. I tried to maintain the pure heart of Val until the end. Val felt like a young professional starting out, and I hoped that people would see Val and feel inspired to keep striving for their dreams."
He concluded, "'Waiting for Godot Waiting' was a precious work that made me question what waiting means in my life. Although I feel a mix of emotions as this meaningful play comes to an end, I will continue to move forward, looking forward to meeting again. Above all, I sincerely thank the audiences who filled the seats."
