She revealed on Instagram, "I took steroids for almost a month due to inflammation in my neck, which caused significant swelling and constipation similar to late pregnancy. I even noticed a change in my weight, initially thinking it was due to aging, but it wasn't."

Additionally, Park Tam-hee appeared on the YouTube channel 'Newly with CBS,' where she disclosed, "In 2017, I was diagnosed with cancer during a health checkup. I underwent surgery for early-stage cancer, but metastasis was found, leading to major surgery and chemotherapy." She continued, "I have check-ups every six months after chemotherapy, and after five years, it's annually. My last check-up in April showed no issues, and I'm cherishing each day." Park Tam-hee married a businessman in 2008 and has a son and a daughter.
