Fantagio Apologizes for ARS Event Mishap Involving Cha Eun-woo
Fantagio, the agency representing singer and actor Cha Eun-woo, has issued an apology regarding an ARS event mishap.

Fantagio stated, "Recently, some users have mistakenly dialed incorrect numbers, leading to calls being directed elsewhere. Please ensure you dial the correct number when participating." They added, "We sincerely apologize to those affected."

Previously, Cha Eun-woo's team launched an ARS (Automated Response System) event as part of the promotional activities for his solo mini-album 'ELSE.' By calling the number provided on official social media, fans could hear a pre-recorded message from Cha Eun-woo. The event received over 100,000 calls.

During this process, some users misdialed or called similar numbers, resulting in calls being directed to unrelated individuals. This led to the agency issuing an apology.

Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo is currently fulfilling his mandatory military service in the Army Band, having enlisted in July.
