Korean actress Ko Jun-hee recently showcased her collection of Chanel bags on her YouTube channel 'Ko Jun-hee GO'.

On November 3rd, a video titled 'The Chanel Story I Bought for 1.2 Million Won... Revealing Everything' was uploaded to her channel.

Ko Jun-hee, who once remarked, "How many Chanel bags do I own? How would I know?", has often been associated with a 'luxury' image. In the video, she addressed this by saying, "There was an article about 'Ko Jun-hee owning countless Chanel bags'. So, I decided to count how many I actually have."

Her Chanel bags occupy three entire sections of her closet. Ko explained, "I used to have more, but I've given some away, sold some second-hand, and share some with my mom."

In the video, Ko Jun-hee revealed 12 Chanel bags, mostly from the classic line, showcasing her distinct taste. Speaking about her first Chanel bag, she shared, "It was the first luxury bag I received from my dad for my coming-of-age ceremony. We were going to Paris for a shoot, and my family debated whether to buy it at the duty-free shop or in Paris. We ended up purchasing it in Paris for 1.2 million won." The same model now costs around 18 million won.

When a staff member expressed surprise at the price being a tenth of its current value, Ko responded, "Most of these bags were bought in my 20s, so they were in the 2-3 million won range. I was born early enough to afford them. Now, they're about 15 million won."

Ko Jun-hee revealed that after receiving her first luxury bag as a gift, she had to buy the rest with her own money. "In my 20s, my parents managed my finances, so I could only spend 10% of what I earned, saving the rest. I worked tirelessly, sometimes sleeping only 2-3 hours while filming mini-series, thinking, 'If I get up now, I can buy a Chanel bag!'"

At around 23, she bought her first Chanel bag with her own money, but she admitted, "I don't remember it well because I first bought gifts for my parents." She also shared an anecdote about being stopped by customs at Incheon Airport for carrying a Chanel bag, insisting she bought it domestically.

Ko Jun-hee generously offered a trendy item to a staff member, saying, "Isn't this pretty? I think you'd like it more than me. Take it later." The staff couldn't hide their smile, despite initially declining.

She also showcased a jumbo-sized bag bought to fit A4-sized scripts, a backpack made famous by GD, and a red bag her father queued to purchase, expressing her gratitude.

Unboxing a beige bag, Ko Jun-hee clarified, "I didn't buy these as investments. I was just born early enough to afford them. I can't buy the same bags now; they're too expensive. But it's okay because I plan to have a daughter, or there's always a daughter-in-law."

Ko Jun-hee emphasized, "Showing luxury or expensive items isn't about bragging. Since I'll continue with YouTube, I feel there's a tendency for things to be exaggerated if I don't share them. I want to show what people are curious about in the future."
