Actress Ko Jun-hee Reveals Her 3-Day Rapid Weight Loss Routine

On October 13, Ko Jun-hee's YouTube channel 'Ko Jun-hee GO' released a video titled 'Ko Jun-hee's Rapid Weight Loss Routine - How to Lose 3kg in Just 3 Days'.
In the video, Ko Jun-hee appeared with a noticeably swollen face, drawing attention. She stated, "I haven't eaten much, but I've gained a lot of weight. If you leave sudden weight gain as it is, it becomes permanent, so I'm going to try a rapid weight loss routine."



She drank saltwater on an empty stomach, explaining, "I've heard it helps remove toxins and lowers inflammation levels." She then consumed olive oil and lemon juice, noting, "I've heard it helps eliminate inflammation and improves health."
Her body measurements revealed a height of 175cm and a weight of 58.5kg. After completing two hours of Pilates and flying yoga, she consumed commercially available diet foods, stating, "I prefer buying food rather than cooking."



She added, "Even with Photoshop, there are expectations. I have no choice but to exercise because I'm a professional," and humorously confessed, "Even if I work out hard for a month, I can lose my abs in just one day."



Ko Jun-hee offered practical advice, "Sudden weight gain isn't fat, it's swelling. Even if it's tough, you can lose 3kg in just three days. Just try not to gain weight suddenly," bringing laughter with her candid remarks.
