IU's 'Found at Eight' Pop-Up Store Concludes Successfully with Fans' Enthusiastic Response

The pop-up store, which ran from October 10 to 21 at The Hyundai Seoul's 5th floor Epic Seoul, was designed to deliver 'shining stories that linger in the heart' to her fans, known as Uaena. The event was conducted through a free reservation system and sold out every session, offering a unique experience with exhibitions and merchandise inspired by IU's music, photos, lyrics, and the fan club's 8th character 'Alien.'
The space was adorned with various themes. The 'Main Photo Zone' featured an 'Alien' sculpture and a telescope object shaped like the number 8, allowing visitors to enjoy animations. The 'Our World Zone' expressed the cosmic connection between IU and Uaena. Additionally, the 'Infinity Library Zone' displayed album covers and related props, while the 'Bye, Summer Zone' showcased guitars and handwritten lyrics used in last year's concert, providing fans with meaningful moments.
From October 18, marking IU's 17th debut anniversary, a special exhibition was added. The Main Photo Zone was decorated with balloons and ornaments symbolizing '17,' and new Polaroid photos from the 'Kkot-Galpi Set' remake album shoot were unveiled in the Infinity Library Zone, deeply moving fans.
Visitors enjoyed an interactive event where they completed answers to questions written on exchange stationery with IU, finding them in each space. The final 'Love Poem Zone' offered a space to leave replies to IU's letters. A section to view and purchase various merchandise on-site also received great enthusiasm from attendees.
Throughout the venue, IU's voice could be heard delivering warm messages to Uaena, saying, “Have a happy day! Thank you for coming.” On October 20, IU's official social media shared photos and videos of her visiting the pop-up store, garnering a passionate response from fans.
Meanwhile, IU held a fan meet-up '2025 IU FAN MEET-UP [Bye, Summer]' on October 13 and 14, spending meaningful time with fans. On her debut anniversary, she donated 200 million KRW to various underprivileged groups under the name 'IUena' (IU + Uaena), showcasing her positive influence.
IU's new song 'Bye, Summer' is topping charts domestically and internationally, receiving immense love. She is currently busy filming her upcoming drama '21st Century Lady.'
