South Korean Actor Lee Sang Yi to Host First Fan Meeting in Japan

South Korean actor Lee Sang Yi, who debuted in 2014, is set to hold his first fan meeting in Japan following his success in Korea.

On the 17th, Lee Sang Yi's agency, Chorokbaem Entertainment, announced, "On October 5th, at 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Lee Sang Yi will host the 2025 Japan fan meeting 'Lee Sang Yi Desu' at Tower Records Shibuya in Tokyo."

The title of Lee Sang Yi's Japanese fan meeting, 'Lee Sang Yi Desu,' is a direct translation of his Korean fan meeting title, 'Lee Sang Yi Imnida.' The event will feature Lee Sang Yi as the head of the 'Lee Sang Yi Department' at the fictional Sangsang University, visiting the Japanese campus for a cultural exchange program.

During his Korean fan meeting, Lee Sang Yi captivated audiences by transforming into various personas, showcasing his talents in dance, singing, plant repotting, guitar playing, traditional Korean mask dance, Nanta, and challenges. Fans are eagerly anticipating what surprises he will bring to his Japanese fan meeting.

Tickets for the 'Lee Sang Yi Desu' fan meeting will be available for purchase on the Japanese Mahocast website starting at noon on the 20th.
