Red Velvet's Wendy Tops Poll as Most Desired Female Singer for a Summer Drive

Red Velvet's Wendy has been voted as the number one female singer people want to go on a drive with at the end of summer.

From September 4th to 10th, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female singer would you like to go on a drive with at the end of summer?' Wendy from Red Velvet emerged as the top choice. Wendy is set to release her new solo album 'Cerulean Verge' on September 10th, marking her first album in about a year and six months since her mini-album 'Wish You Hell' released in March last year. This new release is also her first album under Ascend, following her departure from SM Entertainment in April, where she had been since her debut.

In second place is Yuri from Girls' Generation. Yuri is currently living between Jeju Island and Seoul. She recently participated in an event hosted by the Jeju Tourism Organization to promote the island. Additionally, Yuri has returned to the big screen as the lead in the movie 'Intrusion' and made a special appearance as Song Ji-oh in JTBC's weekend drama 'The Art of Negotiation.'

The third spot goes to Pharita from BabyMonster. BabyMonster is set to make a comeback with their second mini-album on October 10th. The album will feature four tracks, including the title track 'WE GO UP,' 'PSYCHO,' 'SUPA DUPA LUV,' and 'WILD.' The title track 'WE GO UP' is a hip-hop-based song with a theme of aspiring to reach greater heights.

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which male singer would you like to eat seasonal raw fish with this fall?' and similar questions for female singers and trot singers.
