Actor Jin Tae-hyun Shares Health Update Post-Surgery
Actor Jin Tae-hyun has provided an update on his health following surgery.

On November 3rd, Jin Tae-hyun took to Instagram to share, "It seems I won't be able to achieve my goals this year."

He continued, "I tried my best to achieve my goal of releasing a single this year, but after undergoing surgery to remove half of an organ, my recovery is slower than expected. It's challenging and tough, but I'm determined to train hard."

Jin Tae-hyun expressed a positive outlook, saying, "It's frustrating to have to stop everything just as my health was improving, but with time, I've come to appreciate the pause. It seems I needed it."

He further explained, "The reason I trained so hard with jogging during the intense heat of August was to maintain my fitness not just through the fall, but into the winter and next spring. I might have been a better runner if I had started in my 30s, but I'm grateful to have discovered it in my 40s. I hope to run well next spring."

Previously, Jin Tae-hyun revealed in May that he had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. He halted all broadcasting activities and underwent surgery in June, being discharged three days later to focus on recovery.

Jin Tae-hyun married actress Park Si-eun in July 2015. The couple adopted a college student, Park Davida, in 2019. After a successful pregnancy in 2021, they tragically lost their baby 20 days before the due date. In January, they adopted two more daughters.
