BLACKPINK's Jennie Relocates Odd Atelier to New Yongsan Office Amidst Strategic Expansion
BLACKPINK's Jennie is set to move her personal label, Odd Atelier, to a new location.

According to real estate industry sources on the 3rd, Odd Atelier will relocate its office to a newly constructed building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in early November. Currently, the office is situated in a standalone house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, but due to the lease expiring in October, the move to the new building is imminent. The Itaewon office faced controversy for violating building codes by using a property approved as an art gallery for office purposes, prompting Yongsan District Office to announce administrative actions against the owner.

The new headquarters spans from the basement to the fourth floor, covering a total area of 927㎡ (approximately 280 pyeong). Completed in April last year, the building was designed by architect Hong Tae-sun, who is set to be inducted as an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2024.

The property was listed on the rental market late last year with a deposit of 1.5 billion to 2.5 billion KRW and a monthly rent of 60 million to 80 million KRW, with an estimated sale price of around 45 billion KRW. Located at the northern end of Hannam Bridge, it offers excellent accessibility to both Gangnam and Gangbuk, with convenient transportation options via Hangangjin Station, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Hannam Ogeori bus stop.

The relocation of Odd Atelier is seen as a strategic move to enhance Jennie's global artist brand value, beyond just a simple office move.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, with Jennie as a member, is currently on their world tour 'Deadline.' This tour marks their first full group tour in about two years since 'Born Pink.' They made a historic entry as the first K-pop girl group to perform at London's Wembley Stadium. BLACKPINK continues their tour in cities such as Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, with a comeback album slated for November.
