Korean Singer Sohyang Announces Divorce After 25 Years of Marriage

Korean singer Sohyang has announced her divorce after 25 years of marriage.

On the 3rd, her agency, KQ Entertainment, confirmed the news of Sohyang's divorce. The agency stated, "Sohyang and her partner have decided to support each other's paths based on sufficient dialogue and mutual respect. The divorce is a mutual agreement without any fault on either side."

They further requested, "Please refrain from distorted or reckless reports and comments. Our agency will provide the necessary support and consideration for Sohyang to focus on her music career. We ask for your continued support for her future endeavors."

Sohyang married at the age of 20. Her husband is known as a composer and music producer, and he was also the leader of the CCM group POS, with which Sohyang has been associated.

In the past, Sohyang shared, "My husband was my first boyfriend, and I was his first girlfriend." She also mentioned, "My husband is very handsome. His looks were part of the reason I married him. If he weren't good-looking, I might have divorced him earlier."
