She chose a diet of tomatoes and eggs, stating, "I'm not trying to lose weight, but I need to manage my health. After a health check-up, I was told my eating habits were poor."

Ko further explained, "I was advised to reduce my meat intake. To feel full, I eat four eggs with perilla oil and drink tomato juice. I also need to manage my vascular health."

Despite her concerns about rumors of health issues, Ko shared, "I was told to avoid greasy foods and reduce soup intake. I love tripe, but after the health check, I couldn't bring myself to ask my husband to go eat it."

Ko surprised viewers by revealing that her tomato and egg meal isn't considered a full meal, saying, "I usually eat this and then have rice." She recommended a grain rice recipe for blood sugar management, adding with a smile, "I couldn't make my family eat it, but Jang Dong-gun said it was delicious."

After her meal, Ko enjoyed a 20-minute indoor cycling session with a view of the Han River. Later, as she prepared dinner at 5 PM, she expressed guilt over eating flour-based foods and opted for a healthy cold pasta dish.

Ko So-young married fellow actor Jang Dong-gun in 2010, and the couple has a son and a daughter.
