Actor Jin Tae-hyun Shares Struggles After Thyroid Cancer Surgery
On the 29th, Jin Tae-hyun posted on his Instagram story, "My heart and upper body are struggling to endure the first 400 intervals after surgery. I couldn't even manage a 430 pace. But since I've started, I'm already halfway there," along with a photo.
The photo revealed Jin Tae-hyun's running records in sequence. His message about the pain following his thyroid cancer surgery has evoked sympathy from many.
Jin Tae-hyun publicly revealed his thyroid cancer diagnosis in May. He halted all broadcasting activities and underwent surgery in June, being discharged three days later to focus on recovery.
Jin Tae-hyun married actress Park Si-eun in July 2015. The couple adopted a college student, Park Davida, in 2019. They successfully conceived in 2021 after hoping for a second child, but tragically lost the baby 20 days before the due date. In January, they adopted two more daughters.
